Not Just a Team, Your Team
D&Y was founded in 2023 by two marketing and communications professionals who kept running into the same challenge: organizations either stretched their budgets to build full in-house teams or expected one person to cover everything. In both cases, critical needs often went unmet.
That's where D&Y comes in.
We created a better model that offers a new kind of outsourced support—one that functions like an in-house team, adapts to your needs, and integrates seamlessly into your workflow. We collaborate closely, stay aligned on your goals, and care about the outcomes as much as you do.
Whether it's a brand launch or a high-stakes proposal, we bring strategic thinking, steady execution, and the clarity to keep things moving.
